What time does Wordle reset?
Wordle resets at midnight in your local time zone. A new puzzle becomes available every day at 12:00 AM. If you're visiting Wordle Daily Hub, we publish our daily hints and answers at the same time, so you can get help as soon as the new puzzle drops.
How many Wordle puzzles are there?
Wordle uses a curated list of 2,315 possible answers. With one puzzle per day, that's enough Wordle content for about 6 years from the game's launch in 2021. As of 2025, we're seeing puzzle numbers in the 1300s, so there are still thousands of unique Wordle answers ahead. The game also has a larger list of 12,000+ valid guess words that aren't used as answers.
Do Wordle answers repeat?
The official Wordle answer list contains 2,315 unique words, and puzzles don't repeat within that list. However, once all answers are exhausted (around 2027), the Wordle team may need to reuse words or add new ones. For now, you can trust that each day's puzzle is unique and hasn't appeared before.

Can I play previous Wordle puzzles?
